Dan holds the professional designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM), Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, Accredited Investment Fiduciary and a holds a General Securities license with Osaic Wealth, Inc.
Dan is a well-known and respected speaker on a wide range of financial subjects such as income retirement planning, estate planning and longterm health care planning. He has conducted numerous seminars in Northern New Jersey as a member of an adult education series covering financial topics. He is based in Northern New Jersey and services clients throughout the United States.

Jessica A. Joslin - FPQP™
Jessica joined Acorn Financial in 2006 to work with Daniel Polizzotti as an administrative assistant.
In 2018, Jessica became a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional. Her role is all about supporting
and resolving issues to help clients reach their financial goals. In addition, she oversees the account paperwork processing, money movements, appointment, account questions and other day to day functions of the business.
Jessica lives in Ridgewood, NJ with her 2 sons and fiancé. She also enjoys traveling and cooking creative meals for her family.

Oscar Osores, Jr.
Oscar is a graduate of William Paterson University with a BA in Economics and a BS in Biology. He joined Acorn Financial in the summer of 2022. Oscar's primary role is to assist Dan in all financial planning needs for the clients, utilizing eMoney and Morningstar reports.
In his free time, Oscar coaches a little league baseball team in Haledon, enjoys traveling - particularly
to his home country, the Dominican Republic - and is an active member of the Calvary Temple International church.

Joseph DeGange, CFP®, ChFC, CLU
Joe has had long and successful career as a financial services representative starting in 1982 with John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co., transitioning to Acorn Financial Services in the early 2000s.
Joe received his BS in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He earned his CLU and ChFC in 1997, his CFP in 1999 and he holds the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Joe lives in Bergen County with his wife Ro and enjoys fishing, cooking and traveling.

Jason Roberts
From data transfers to system setups, Jason collaborates with our entire team to support and service all of our technology needs.
Jason lives with his wife Dena and their dog Mr. Richard Parker, and enjoys spending time in South Carolina with friends and family. Jason has a lifelong passion for baseball and was invited to try out for the Chicago Cubs as a pitcher. His sons Sean and Evan were both college baseball players.
